She has been working in the area of finance for 10 years and has had to turn down a lot of applications of good people because of credit worthiness. She began to look at their credit history and noticed that most people that have bad credit are not irresponsible people, they usually have life changing events that prevent them from being able to pay their bills. She vowed then to help people get over their "bumps in the road" and put them on a new road with a clean slate; a road that leads to good credit.
